Shutter Encoder est un couteau suisse de l'édition vidéo. Gratuit et open-source, il permet de couper/rogner/regrouper/convertir n'importe quelle vidéo dans les principaux formats et supporte de nombreux codecs comme le H.264, DV PAL, XDCAM HD422, AVC-Intra 100, XAVC, HAP, H.265, VP9, OGV, MJPEG, Xvid, WMV, MPEG et l'AV1 côté vidéo ainsi que, l'WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, AAC, AC3, OPUS ou encore l'OGG côté audio.
Il permet également d'éditer des images (.nef, .cr2, .psd, .pdf, .png, .jpg, etc...) et de les renommer en traitement par lots, de créer des sous-titres au format *.srt ou encore de télécharger des vidéos...
Il est disponible sur Windows en 64 bits, macOS ou Linux 64bits
