Nullsoft Winamp 5.57 Bêta

5 mois après la précédente mouture, l'équipe de Nullsoft s'attaque à une nouvelle version qui devrait combler les retards d'intégration avec Windows 7.

On pourra notamment remarquer l'intégration d'un module de lecture H.264 uniquement disponible pour les bénéficiaires de la version Pro de Winamp qui permettra de lire les formats MKV et autres format HD nativement dans Winamp. Soulignons également un début d'intégration avec Windows 7, du support de Direct3D pour les visualisations et d'autres améliorations que l'on peut voir dans le changelog ci-dessous :
